Automated Trading Software
The automated trading software has been manufactured by TradeWorkz Application. We sell it to SEBI registered brokers, sub-brokers, authorized persons, and users. In this software, we provide authorized software IDs to all users on behalf of the software. We receive software changes and development strategy changes accordingly.
This agreement is made by TradeWorkz after understanding the offenses of the Information and Technology Act 2000. The software is created by the first party. We do not copy or create any other's software through forgery.
TradeWorkz Application is not registered with SEBI. It is a pure software development support and service industry. TradeWorkz Application works on algorithm formula-based strategy. We do not provide recommendation calls or information in the stock market. We build only software, support, maintenance, services, and strategy development.
The software will be given to the user/client only once by the first party. The person to whom the ID will be purchased is responsible for all incidents, profits, and losses from the said software. TradeWorkz will not have any liability in this.
The software is manufactured and sold by TradeWorkz. The software is manufactured by our employees, who are well aware of the Information and Technology Act 2000. The user/client will not be liable for damages, profit, or loss caused by hacking, server down, technical problems, or other interference with TradeWorkz and its employees. We will try to solve any technical issues related to the said software.
Whatever is asked to be built by the user/client to the first party will not be shared with anyone else by TradeWorkz, and confidentiality will not be breached.
The user/client will be responsible for the technical facilities related to the said software. If the software is closed due to any technical reasons, the user/client will be responsible for the financial loss during that time.
The user/client will be liable if the software is hacked
